Our swim team is a member of the James River Aquatics League (JRAC).  Lots of useful information can be found on the JRAC website, especially as we get closer to Champs!  What is Champs?  If your swimmer qualifies in one or more events, they may get to go to the Championship meet at the end of the season. Coaches will notify families throughout the season if their swimmer has achieved a Champs qualifying time, and swimmers can also check the times on their ribbons.

Every swimmer and diver must complete a JRAC waiver form. Click here to link to the online waiver form, and a link will also be included in your online registration form when you register for swim or dive with Woodmont.

The Stott Scholarship is traditionally awarded at the JRAC Dive and/or Swim Championships to one or more graduating high school seniors who have participated in JRAC member club aquatics programs for no fewer than five years. Interested seniors are encouraged to apply. Those seniors who will be unavailable for the championship presentation ceremony are asked by the committee NOT to apply.
