Sign-up Instructions for Volunteer Jobs & Swimmer Attendance at Meets
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If needed, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
If you have not yet created your Swimtopia account, you need to click the link that was included in the Account Activation Instructions email you received from Swimtopia after you registered your child(ren) for the team.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup and Events Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Volunteer Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for Volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you cannot attend this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Swim Meets.
Volunteer Requirement
- Each familiy is required to earn 8 volunteer points a season. Volunteering for a half meet earns you 1 point and volunteering for a whole meet earns you 2 points.
- New families are given priority for untrained positions.
- If you cancel a signup less than 48 hours before a meet, you are responsible for finding a replacement swim team parent to fill your job.

Swimmer Attendance at Meets
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Not Attending
- Click Save
