Dive Information
Welcome to Woodmont Dive! It’s fun and easy to become a member of the dive team. We practice in the mornings, coordinated with swim team times so you can do both sports if you choose. In our practices you will warm up, stretch, learn how to do new dives, and polish your old ones. In addition to regular practices, the coaches can sometimes schedule a private lesson upon request.
Dive meet schedules and any changes to the dive practice schedule will be communicated to the team by the coach and dive rep. We dive by age: 16-19 year olds first, then 6 and 7 year-olds, 8 and 9 year-olds, 10-11 year olds, 12-13 year-olds and lastly, our 14-15 year-olds. You can leave after your age group has finished and you have collected your ribbon!
The parent commitment is minimal but we always appreciate any help and support.
