A big thank you to everyone who has stepped up to help us pull off this crazy home/away meet at Lakeside SRC!

Volunteer Needs

We still need the following jobs filled. PLEASE help if you can. Signup is closed so text Erin at (804) 497-6921 if you can help.

• Hospitality (second half) – untrained position. Help with the sale of our fabulous grilled entrees. (Mara is working so very hard to bring our hospitality operation to Lakeside SRC – lets help her out.)
• Set-up (before the meet) – untrained position. Help get the pool ready before the meet gets rolling. This is a physical job and you will be moving tables and chairs. Arrive at Lakeside SRC by 4:30 pm to set up. (Yes, I know it is a pain to go across town two hours before the meet to move chairs in the heat. If you are willing to help out Aaron and Charlotte with this, they would be very grateful.)

At the End of the Meet

On your way out, please stop by Hospitality and ask Mara if she has any hospitality items that you can transport back to Woodmont for her. If you donated a cooler, please pick it up on your way out!

Clean up

PLEASE stay for a few minutes at the end of the meet and help clean up. Lakeside SRC has been kind enough to let us host the meet at their pool and we need to help them get their pool deck back in order after the meet. Many hands make light work!
