Hello Woodmont Wahoos!

Swim & Dive registration will open in early April

Watch for an email the first week of April for Swim and Dive team registration to begin! Registration is open to all Woodmont Pool members age 5-18. For safety and to get the most out of practice, Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted (doggie paddle is completely fine!) The first week of in-the-water practice, there will be a swim assessment for our youngest swimmers, and for those new to the team. Swimmers who are not yet quite ready for Swim team will be referred to our Swim Team Prep program, where they will be able to work on their swim skills in a smaller group setting.

Join Woodmont Pool today to get ready

Early bird pricing ends May 1st, so sign up for your pool membership today! Swim and Dive team members must be pool members. (For Dive only, non-members may join the Dive team for an additional fee if they are members at a different local pool that does not have a Dive team. Contact Registration directly with questions.)

Evening swim practice option returns

We heard our team and community members and we are happy to share that an evening swim practice option will be returning for 2023, for those swimmers who are not able to make the morning practices and would not be able to join swim team unless they can practice in the evenings. Evening swim practice space will be limited so we can make sure that non-swim team member families have use of at least half of the pool at the same time that practices are occurring, so the registration forms will include a space where you need to indicate that you need an evening practice spot, and those spots will be first-come, first-reserved, and will be the assigned practice time for the season.

Meet our 2023 Coaches

We are so excited about our coaches for the 2023 Swim and Dive season! The Wahoos will see some new faces and some familiar faces on the pool deck, and the team has an incredibly fun season to look forward to, being led by our experienced, enthusiastic team of coaches. Our coaches are committed to leading the team guided by the principles of good sportsmanship, teamwork, individual and team improvement, competitiveness with a focus on fun, and the cultivation of a supportive community spirit, committed to kindness, inclusivity, and mutual respect. When you see the coaches, please give them a Wahoo welcome!
