The first two days of practice have been great and it has been so much fun to see the kids in the water!

Tomorrow (Wednesday, 5/24) is a big day so we wanted to share a few reminders:

In-Person Swim and Dive Parent Meeting at 6:30pm–If you did not attend the virtual meeting last week, please plan to attend the meeting on Wednesday. All of the coaches will be sharing important information about the upcoming season and will be available to answer questions.

Team Suit Fitting–4:30-6:30pm–Virginia Swim Shop will be at Woodmont tomorrow with our team suits for athletes to try on and place orders. Plan some extra time before or after your child’s swim practice time to figure out their suit size. *Regular practices will still take place!* If you are not able to be there Wednesday, don’t worry, you can visit Virginia Swim Shop’s Regency location to try on suits and place orders, it’s just easier if you can do it at the pool!

Swim Cap Sales–4:30-6:30pm–We will be selling Woodmont logo swim caps for $15 each. Swimmers should plan to wear Woodmont swim caps when competing at meets. If you can’t be there Wednesday, we will also be selling swim caps at the first couple of swim meets.

Give a suit, Take a Suit–If you are a returning Woodmont Wahoo family and you have a team suit that your athlete has outgrown, please consider donating it. We will have a box for donated suits that families can look through to see if they can find a fit, for meets or even just an extra practice suit!

Spirit Wear–We also have lots of Woodmont logo t-shirt, sweatshirt, and tank top options to choose from on our SwimOutlet site, plus we get a percentage of all sales made through the site!
