WEATHER UPDATES
We all need to keep our fingers crossed that the weather holds out for our swim meet to run smoothly Monday night! Watch your Remind texts for updates, but do plan to be there unless you hear differently, even if the weather looks terrible. The league typically cannot postpone a meet for weather issues until a minimum of one hour *after* the scheduled meet start time, so we all need to be there. IF the meet ends up being postponed until Tuesday, please watch for and respond quickly to emails from the coaches and the volunteer coordinators as they will need to make swift adjustments to meet seeding and the volunteer roster if there are people who are not able to be there Tuesday. PRIVATE SWIM & DIVE LESSONS
Several of our team coaches are now available for private lessons! There will also be an email coming out to the entire pool membership with contact information for all coaches and lifeguards offering lessons, but in the meantime our coaches have already started scheduling lessons with team members. Contact details below:
Coach Kallia is offering lessons for beginning swimmers who want to learn how to swim, advanced swimmers who want to work on strokes, turns, or dives, or anyone in between! Cost is $20 per 30 minute lesson. Sign up with her here: https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/60b0548a5a729a4fa7-swim
Coach Luke is available for lessons by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays for all levels of swimmers, beginner to advanced. Cost is $20 per 30 minute lesson. Contact him by email to arrange weekend lesson times: [email protected]
Coach Mason is available for 30 minute small group dive lesson sessions. Cost is $25 and can be shared by participants. Contact her via text at 804-212-6199 to coordinate times.
DUCK DIVE DETAILS & PRIZES
This Thursday, June 29, is our Third Annual Duck Dive event! Food will be sold and so much fun will be had!
