Hello Wahoos!

Monday was a great first day of practice, but today is not looking so lovely. Read below for the plans for today!

Team Suit Fitting 4:30-6:30pm is ON
Virginia Swim Shop will be set up under the breezeway selling our team suits. If you can't make it tonight, visit VA Swim Shop at the NOVA Regency location in the next week or so and tell them you are with Woodmont and they will get you taken care of.

SWIM Parent Meeting 6:30pm is ON
This will be a fairly brief meeting upstairs in the building giving an overview of the season, and an opportunity to meet our amazing Swim coaches, Head Coach Luke Garcia, Senior Assistant Coach Molly Nelson, and Assistant Coach Sophia Fillman.

SWIM Practices Are a GO!
The Swim coaches will be doing team-building activities and maybe some dryland exercises upstairs during the usual age-group practice times. Have your swimmer bring a towel for the floor, and wear clothes they can move in.

DIVE Practices and Parent Meeting CANCELLED
Dive Head Coach Mason Laine and Assistant Coach Xavier Ellis will catch up with the Dive team members and parents at practices later this week, but for tonight, NO practice.

For the Rest of this Week SWIM and DIVE
Continue to have your athlete come to practices prepared for both in the water and dryland practice each day. As long as the water is warm enough, kids will be getting in each day, but if not, coaches will have them doing a fun dryland practice during their practice times.
