Greetings Woodmont Wahoo Swim & Dive Families!

The time has come to celebrate another successful season at the 2024 Annual Wahoo Swim & Dive Banquet! The banquet features awards, delicious food, cake and swimming! This event includes a Taco Bar by Don’t Look Back Tacos (https://www.dontlookback.co); by one of our very own swim team families! :-) Tickets for this event must be purchased by Sunday, July 7th at 11:59 pm, so we can get an accurate headcount to the caterers. Here are the details:

When: Thursday, July 11th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. (Rain date: Friday, July 12th at 6:00 pm)

Where: Woodmont Pool

Tickets: Tickets must be purchased by Sunday, July 7th at 11:59 pm via the SwimTopia website. See instructions for purchasing tickets below!

Prices: $20 for adults, swim and dive team athletes, and guests ages 5 and up. Siblings age 4 and under are free!

Or, you can navigate to the page this way: Log in to the SwimTopia website (www.swimtopia.com), click ‘Sponsors’ on the right-hand side of the top blue bar. On the Sponsorship page, look at the top box, which will provide the option to purchase tickets.

On the purchase page, indicate the number of tickets that you want using the dropdown bar next to the word ‘Quantity’. Lastly, please list the name of each person attending using the box that says ‘Personalization’.

Tickets must be purchased by Sunday, July 7th at 11:59 pm! We are giving the head count to the caterers the next morning. If anyone misses the deadline, they are still able to attend, but they will not be able to eat or use a table at the event.

We are also looking for volunteers for this event, via the ‘Job Signup’. Please volunteer to help one last time, to make this event magical and easy on all!
